What does the typical boat rental package encompass?
All rentals come with a qualified crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard drinks. Service specifics differ—romantic voyages offer premium snacks and beverages, while business hires include meeting amenities and professional dining choices.
When is it advisable to make a reservation?
To assure your booking, especially from May through September, arrange your reservation 2–3 weeks early. For business gatherings and personal celebrations, secure dates 4–6 weeks ahead to allow for custom preparations.
What's the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our priority is safety. If our captain judges the weather unsafe, we'll propose a new date or offer a complete refund. We watch the weather vigilantly and will reach out 24 hours prior if concerns are foreseen.
Is it permissible to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Indeed, guests can bring their own food items and soft drinks. We also provide excellent provisioning services with custom menus available. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on the vessel.
Do your boats cater to individuals with mobility challenges?

Can you explain the cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours prior to departure, we issue a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before departure are non-refundable unless due to hazardous weather or mechanical failures on our behalf.
