Welcome to MintLeafAtelier ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with our yacht charter services and our website at mintleafatelier.site (the "Service"), provided by MintLeafAtelier.

By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

MintLeafAtelier offers superior yacht charter services which include, among others:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

We're committed to service availability, but please note our right to adapt or halt services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Booking prerequisites include:

• Minimum age of 18
• Accurate and up-to-date provision of information
• Deposit payment as detailed in your booking confirmation
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Bookings become confirmed with payment and our formal confirmation. Service refusal is at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are dependent on vessel availability and favorable weather. We'll strive to meet your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All service prices are in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee is due when you book.
• Balance: Owed in full 48 hours prior to the charter departure.
• Additional fees (if applicable): Settled after charter completion.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transactions, and certified checks. Payment processing uses secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Over 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
• Under 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event we deem weather conditions unsafe, we propose to either:

• Reschedule the charter with no additional costs to a new date.
• Issue a full refund if we cannot reschedule.

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical difficulties arise, we will strive to supply a suitable replacement. If this is unattainable, a full refund will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

• Adhere to all crew directives
• Utilize safety equipment as needed
• Inform of any health conditions that may impinge on their safety
• Stay within designated areas aboard the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are disallowed on board:

• Glassware
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive non-alcoholic beverages that surpass normal consumption
• Pets (unless approval is granted beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Guests must act respectfully at all times. Charters can be ended prematurely without a refund if guest behavior is considered hazardous or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is confined to the charter payment you've made. We aren't liable for:

• Injuries arising from your carelessness
• Theft or destruction of personal items
• Indirect or punitive damages or losses
• Delays due to weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance covers our yachts and operations. Passengers should ensure personal travel and item insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By opting for our yachting services, you recognize the inherent risks involved in such activities and accept personal responsibility for your safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We maintain the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or timings due to weather, safety, or operational necessities. We aim to provide similar alternative experiences wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We're not answerable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration resulting from forces beyond our control, including, but not confined to:

• Extreme weather
• Natural calamities
• Official regulations
• Port shutdowns
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data management aligns with our Privacy Policy. By employing our offerings, you sanction the collection and application of your information as delineated in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
